But our trip was memorable and such a blessing, I am going to still finish it!
Here we go...
The next day we visited Patterson Bethel which is the education center. Some of the schools held here are the School for Elders, School for Christian Couples and Gilead (missionary) School to name a few!
We were given a personal tour by Edwin who is a brother of one our spiritual sisters the Carpinteria Spanish congregation. He works in the Legal Department and has been there for a year. He previously worked in the Purchasing Department... for 12 years! So, when Jehovah feels inclined to use you elsewhere he will do so! And of course because of the humility of our brothers and sisters, they gladly accept any new assignment.
This facility was gorgeous and my favorite. The walls are full of original artwork from the publications we are familiar with. There were a lot of originals up from the book "Bear Thorough Witness."
